Models strut their stuff at Strutters
Friday, 25 May 2007
Rockhampton is getting ready to heat up this Saturday, when the first round of the Best Model Australia Competition kicks off at Strutters Nightclub.
CQ Extra has talked exclusively with the contestants to help you decide which girl deserves to win! We asked them the following questions and here are their responses:
- What is more important knowledge of politics or love and why?
- What do you look for in a guy?
- What character would you play in a movie and why?
- Interesting facts about yourself.
- If you won the website what would you make it about?
Bindy
- 1.Both. As politics are needed to keep the world in order (even though politicians do a shit job at it) and love is fun and is needed to make our world grow (we need so much more love and peace in our world). So both are equally important and one with out the other well the world just wouldn’t work.
- Attractive, motivated, ambitious, wants to travel, nice, awesome personality and a great fashion sense.
- Tinkerbell because she is small and hot!
- I love loud good music, I love Captain Planet, I love the Beach, I love Being Social, I love to Laugh and I love Being Confident!
- I would make a website for aspiring models who would like to get their faces out into the industry but don’t have the needed funds to.
Maria
- Love, it involves love making and politics involves arguments that never get solved.
- The bigger the blacker the better with bling, confidence and lots of success.
- Uma Thurman from my super ex girlfriend, so if my boyfriend ever dumped me I can throw a shark at him.
- I went for Australian Idol in Rockhampton and got through to the Brisbane auditions but missed out on getting into Sydney!
- My own personal website, similar to myspace.
Anna
- Love, because I don’t understand politics, but I understand love as I have found true love with my husband.
- Looks, compatible personality with me, companionship and being able not to be judged in my relationship.
- Allie Hamilton (Rachel McAdams). Because she gets treated like a princess and has the ideal guy.
- I am a swimmer, Married, and I am guaranteed to fall over when I am drunk!
- My website would be personal info about myself and who I am, with a slideshow of photos and just some randomly funny stuff.
Bec
- Love, because love is fun and politics is boring.
- Funny, comfy bed, big T.V and sexy smile.
- Drew Barrymore, because she kicks serious ass.
- I am a hairdresser and once I stole a garden gnome from a neighbor’s yard and left a ransom note in the mail box.
- Chicks with cool cars.
Sarah
- Love because it sticks around forever
- Personality, hard workers and knows how to look after a lady.
- Angelina Jolie in tomb raider because she gets to go on different adventures and she is hot.
- I’m a cheerleader, I like to keep fit by going to the gym, I have lived all over Australia but QLD is my favorite state and I am 6.5ft tall.
- I would use the website to further my modeling career.
Victoria
- Love you need in life politics you don’t need but its there.
- For a man to be sexy in my eyes he needs to have a good personality, easy going, tall, dark and handsome.
- I would like to play Nora out of Step up because she gets with Channing Tatum and gets to dance.
- I work a lot (to much), I like traveling and going to exotic beaches and I love dancing and modeling.
- I would make the website my own personal page with me and my mates.
